1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Most orders arrive within 4–6 business days.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
4. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@goomiles.com.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
5. What if my mirror arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every mirror. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
6. Do your mirrors come ready to hang?
Most of our mirrors include the necessary mounting hardware or hanging fixtures. Please refer to the product description for installation details.
7. Can mirrors be used in bathrooms?
Many of our mirrors are suitable for bathroom use. Product descriptions will indicate if a mirror is designed for high-humidity environments.
8. How do I clean my mirror?
For best results:
- Use a soft microfiber cloth.
- Apply a glass cleaner to the cloth rather than directly onto the mirror.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or rough materials that could damage the frame or finish.
