These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of goomiles.com (the "Website") and your purchase of products offered by Goldmiles LLC ("GoldMiles," "we," "us," or "our").

Eligibility

Products and Product Information

GoldMiles offers digital productivity products and, where applicable, physical products. Product descriptions, images, features, availability, pricing, and other information are provided on the applicable product page.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date. However, minor differences may occur between product images and the actual product.

Digital products are delivered electronically according to the delivery information provided on the applicable product page or at checkout. Physical products, when offered, are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product. An order is not considered accepted until we process or otherwise confirm the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pricing and Payments

Shipping and Delivery

For eligible physical products, orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Transit time is generally 4–5 business days, depending on the destination. Estimated total delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For digital products, no physical shipment is required. Digital delivery is provided electronically according to the instructions associated with the applicable product.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible physical products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or video.

Digital products cannot be physically returned. If you experience a technical problem with a digital product, please contact our support team so we can review the issue and provide reasonable assistance.

Digital Product License

When you purchase a GoldMiles digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own lawful purposes, unless the applicable product listing expressly states otherwise.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the digital product.
Upload the digital product to public websites or file-sharing services.
Provide copies of the product to other individuals for their personal use.
Use the product to create a competing product for commercial distribution.
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Use the product in a manner that infringes another person's rights.

All intellectual property rights in GoldMiles digital products remain with GoldMiles LLC or the applicable rights holder.

Discounts and Promotions

Promotional codes and discounts must be entered at checkout unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion.

Discounts generally cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined.

GoldMiles reserves the right to modify or end promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual Property
