At Goomiles, we take pride in offering high-quality mirrors that elevate your space. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

  • Returns must be requested by emailing us at contact@goomiles.com before sending any item back.

Please note: Custom or made-to-order mirrors are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your mirror arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the situation.

We do not cover damage caused by improper installation or handling after delivery.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized mirrors

  • Items on final sale or clearance

  • Mirrors damaged due to mishandling after delivery

6. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value mirrors, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
