1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

For custom or made-to-order mirrors, processing may take 5–7 business days. You will be notified if additional time is required.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer nationwide shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fees apply)

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check your tracking details and surroundings

  • Wait 24 hours in case of carrier delay

We are not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check all details before finalizing your purchase.

5. Damaged Packages

If your mirror arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging immediately

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@goomiles.com

  • We will assist you in resolving the issue through replacement, refund, or claim processing

6. International Shipping

7. Missed Deliveries & Returns

If your package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address or refusal), we can reship it once shipping fees are repaid. Refunds for unclaimed items may be issued minus original shipping costs.
